* Do you need a Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC)?

You need one right now if you are operating a motorized pleasure craft:

• under 4m in length (this includes your motorized dinghy)
• of any size if you were born after April 1, 1983

On September 15, 2009 everyone who operates a motorized pleasure craft of any size will require a PCOC card.
